If you already have a Graphy account, you can skip this step and go to the next one directly.
Go to Graphy’s website, and you’ll be able to see a page that looks like the one below.
On this page, you’ll be able to see two options to get into your Graphy account.
First, you can sign up by entering your basic details like phone number, email address, and business type.

Or, if you have already registered, you can just simply sign in to your Graphy account to access the Dashboard.
Graphy’s user interface is straightforward to use. In our Dashboard, you can access all the tools from the sidebar menu.
It might take you some time to get familiar with these menu options, however, they are pretty simple to understand.
Now that have an access to the Graphy Dashboard, let’s get started with setting up memberships on Graphy.

Step 2: Ensure the requirements to launch a Membership
Before you start filling out details to launch memberships on Graphy, you need to ensure that you have any of the following two payment gateways activated.
- Razorpay
- Stripe
You must connect any of these two payment gateways before launching your memberships on Graphy.
Additionally, you’ll also be required to activate a recurring subscription on your payment gateway for membership to work.
Once these two criteria are met, you can begin carrying out the procedure to create memberships on Graphy for your learners.

Step 3: Create a membership for your learners
To create memberships on Graphy, click on ‘Membership’ on the Dashboard. There you’ll find the option that introduces you to get started with membership.
After that, to begin the process you’ll be required to enter a price for your membership, which you can set for yearly and monthly subscriptions basis.
However, it’s important to note that it is not mandatory to keep both subscriptions.
Next off, you can also tap and swap between the Web and mobile icon to get a preview of your membership. It’s here where you check how your membership will appear to your learners on desktop and mobile screens.

Once you have added the price for your membership, then you can begin to pitch your Membership by editing the membership perks.
To make changes to the membership perks, click on ‘Edit perks’ as shown below in the picture.
Here, you can add or edit the title and perks of your Membership under ‘Why join?’. Though, if you want more fields, you can click on the ‘+’ icon and add more benefits.
However, it’s important to note that the limit to add benefits is up to 5.
Once you have added the perks and you are convinced with everything, click on ‘Update’ to apply and save the changes.
Finally, you are just one step away from launching memberships on Graphy. All you need to do now is click on the “Launch membership” button and complete the process.

Access membership on mobile apps
Your learners can easily access your membership on their mobile devices. For your membership to reflect on their mobile apps, you are required to push a new update on Google Play Store and App Store.
Though, please note that your learners can launch membership on the website and both mobile apps. Just purchase your membership from a website or an Android app, and you are good to go.
Share your membership link
Graphy also has a fantastic feature to help you promote your membership on different platforms with membership links.
To share a membership link, after setting up your membership, you can click the ‘Share link’ option as shown below to spread the word about it on different platforms.
Add courses
Graphy supports adding courses to your membership. Essentially, there exist two ways to do it:
Add courses directly from the membership dashboard:
In this way, all you have to do is scroll down to ‘Courses’, click on the ‘+’ icon, use the search bar to browse courses, click on the ‘+’ icon to add them to your membership, and tap ‘Done’.
That’s all and your course is successfully added to your membership.

Add courses from the content dashboard:
To add courses to your membership, go to your Graphy Dashboard, select ‘Content’ from the sidebar as seen on the left in the picture below, and then click on ‘Courses’.
Next step, you need to select the course that you want to add to the membership.
Within the course, navigate yourself to the ‘Pricing’ section, then tap on the ‘Membership checkbox’ and put a tick on it to add the course under membership. However, note that this option is only accessible once you have launched your membership.
However, you are not done here. You need to then go to the ‘Website checkbox’ to ensure that it displays the membership course on your website.
Then, scroll down and click on ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
And that’s all for the second step. Congratulations! You have now successfully added your course to your membership.

Add blogs
Another way to customize your membership on Graphy is by adding blogs. Just like courses, there are two ways to add blogs to your membership.
The first way to add blogs to your membership is that you go to the Membership section under Dashboard.
From there, you scroll down and select ‘Add blogs’ to include them in membership.
Another way to do it is that you go to the ‘Marketing’ section from the sidebar in your Graphy Dashboard and select ‘Blogs’ from the dropdown menu.
Here, under the information, you can notice a ‘+’ icon. Select it and a pop-up will show up which will allow you to add a new blog.
Enter the necessary details that have been asked for such as, the title, URL, author name, category, SEO title, SEO keywords, description, and publish date.
Hit ‘Submit’, and your fresh blog will be added under the ‘Blogs’ for you to publish. Here, we also advise users to keep the publish date blank and to rather use the created date.
Finally, to publish blogs as a part of your membership, you can click on the ‘publish icon’, where you’ll be shown two options to publish them i.e either for ‘Members’ or for ‘Everyone’.
Select ‘Members’ to make it exclusive for your members only and hit ‘Publish’ to make the blog go live.
Start chatting
Graphy also allows members to remain connected with strong communication features. You can start a conversation with your members from any two options mentioned below.
The first option is probably the easiest one. Go to your Graphy Dashboard, scroll down to select ‘Member chat’, and click on ‘Say hi’.

Another way to do this is that you go to the ‘Chat’ option under Membership. Type ‘Hi’ or anything else that you would want to say in the chat box and hit ‘Enter’ from your keyboard to initiate a conversation with your members.
